Pediatric Therapy and Learning Center (PTLC) is a premier therapy center in Lafayette, Louisiana, dedicated to excellence in the treatment of toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged children. We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, and therapeutic groups. This brochure summarizes all the services available at our clinic.
We operate in a custom-built facility which offers several traditional sensory spaces to accommodate children at all levels of functioning. In addition, we have numerous playrooms and smaller therapy rooms to provide a wide range of therapy services.
Our staff is warm and friendly. We make every effort to build a rapport with you and your child, ensuring that the family is comfortable in the therapy environment. We challenge children by carefully working in their “just-right” learning zones. Every treatment plan is individualized, based on the needs of the child and the family. Parents are welcome to observe their child in therapy, if desired, and join in when appropriate.
